New Online Non Fiction Writing Group

Online Non-Fiction writing group

Everyone has a book within them

Are you interested in adapting your academic and/ or technical writing experience towards a larger public audience? You want your ideas considered more widely and for your skills and creativity to have more impact.

Join us in 2026 to reflect on the challenges of writing for a wider audience.

We will be discussing:

  • How to frame and pitch writing ideas to a larger market
  • How to realistically focus, plan and manage a new non-fiction writing project
  • How is publishing evolving in the AI revolution and what are the implications for our writing?
  • How to best support each other in writing endeavours.

Meetings are likely to be monthly (10 during 2026) and online.

The group facilitators have considerable experience across the worlds of academic and technical publishing, where print runs and readership are small. They are developing writing strategies to grow their audiences and to ensure the wider sharing and public relevance of their ideas.

There are already numerous opportunities for creative fiction writers, but this new group will focus entirely on non-fiction.

Make contact if you want to consider joining our meeting schedule for 2026!
